What’s your return policy?
See our policy page for full details on how refunds are handled. We provide a credit to your original method of payment for art prints that are returned. Returns valued over $400 USD retail will be charged a 20% restocking fee and deducted from the refund prior to being issued.
Original paintings are not eligible for return. Returns for unframed art prints must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and all items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
How long will it take for my art print to ship?
- Unframed art prints take 2-6 business days to be processed and shipped.
- Original paintings take 3-10 business days to be prepped, packed and shipped domestically. Please contact us prior to ordering for international shipping estimates on original work.
Once an item has shipped, you’ll be notified with the tracking information. Though we ask that you allow the full number of business days for processing, many items will ship out sooner.
How are items shipped?
Different carriers are used for different products. Within the US, we use USPS, FedEx or UPS depending on the size of the order. Orders from countries outside the US will utilize local shipping partners (Canada Post, Royal Mail, Australia Post, etc).
Smaller print sizes are able to be shipped flat with minimal risk of damage. After being carefully wrapped in tissue paper for maximum protection, art prints up to 8x10” are mailed inside cardboard stay-flat envelopes. Prints 12x16” and larger are rolled and mailed inside kraft mailing tubes to prevent shipping damage. They are then slipped into a triangular cardboard box designed to withstand the hazards of transport, while enabling the complete removal of any plastic components.
If your order consists of an 8x10" and one that is larger, the 8x10" will be rolled with the other print to consolidate shipping.
How long does shipping take?
We offer several options for shipping at checkout -- all with applicable time ranges. Please note that those time frames represent the amount of time shipping will take AFTER processing (see above).
The free shipping option utilizes USPS First Class service, which usually takes between 2-10 business days domestically. If you'd like something quicker, please select "Priority Shipping" or "Express Expedited Shipping" at checkout.
In order to limit our carbon footprint, we work with printers located in Spain, Latvia and the United Kingdom, each of these centres supplying a part of Europe. This means that posters travel fewer miles and reach you faster (Canada Post, Royal Mail, Australia Post, etc). At this time, we are only offering one standard shipping option for our international orders. Most orders will be delivered within 1-10 business days after the listed processing times. Some orders make take longer to transit due to the continued impact of COVID-19. If you need something quicker, please contact us prior to purchase so we can price out shipping options.
All US orders are shipped from multiple locations. Currently, orders from outside the US are shipped from the following locations:
- United Kingdom - orders will come from facilities located in the United Kingdom
- European Union - orders will come from facilities located in the Spain
- Australia - orders will come from facilities located in Australia
- Canada – will ship from Canada
Please provide the correct address at checkout. If the address is incorrect and the package is returned to us, we will be more than happy to ship it again but you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.
Please note that there has been significant delays with shipping across all carriers due to increased volume and COVID restrictions.
Are sizes the same internationally?
Our printers outside the US still use inches. Please visit our international order information page here.
Are all products available internationally?
Yes.
Am I responsible for duties?
For international orders, customers are responsible for ANY AND ALL duties, taxes, and fees due upon import into their respective countries.

Do you offer a framing option?
At this time, we do not sell any of Brenden's Art prints framed. All art prints come unframed. All originals come unframed unless otherwise stated. As per the description and last featured image, all display photos in environments with frames are for mockup purposes only unless otherwise noted.
How do I frame my prints without damaging them?
Smaller prints are shipped flat and ready to frame! If you would like a more matte/glass free finish we suggest placing your print in front of the glass provided in the frame so all spacing remains the same for the integrity of the frame.
Larger prints may require some time to relax before framing. They are shipped in a triangular tube to prevent creasing or folding during shipment. We suggest rolling your print in the opposite direction of the curl around the tube and lightly taping it in this position (be sure to keep the print inside the plastic packaging to avoid damage from the adhesive). After about an hour your print should be much flatter and easier to frame. You can also simply unpackage the prints and let them rest for a day or two in a safe place. Another option is to lay them flat and place a book on each end, please make sure to do so on a hard even surface to prevent any creases.
