Refund policy

I offer a 14-day return policy on unframed art prints. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original condition including all original packaging. To start a return, contact me at hello@brendensanborn.com before sending anything back. All items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact me at hello@brendensanborn.com within 72 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damage so I can resolve it quickly. Damaged or defective items will be replaced, not refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

Original paintings, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return your current order and place a new purchase once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your return I will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process it.

Cancellations

I accept cancellations within six hours of placing your order.
