Refund policy

I offer a 14-day return policy on unframed art prints. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original condition including all original packaging. To start a return, contact me at hello@brendensanborn.com before sending anything back. All items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact me at hello@brendensanborn.com within 72 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damage so I can resolve it quickly. Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Original paintings, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return. Original paintings are not available for purchase to buyers located in the European Union.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return your current order and place a new purchase once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your return I will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process it.

Cancellations

I accept cancellations within six hours of placing your order. If you are located in the European Union, please see the EU Buyers section below.

EU Buyers

All art prints in this shop are produced individually to order through a network of local print facilities closest to your location. Because each print is manufactured specifically to fulfill your purchase, these items are considered goods made to the consumer's specifications under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.

This exemption will be communicated clearly at checkout. If you use the withdrawal function and your order falls under this exemption, I will notify you promptly with an explanation.

If your print arrives damaged or defective, the same process applies regardless of where you are located. Contact me at hello@brendensanborn.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos and I will make it right.

Original paintings are not available for sale to EU buyers.
