Returns & Cancellations

We offer a 14-day return policy for unframed art prints, mugs, framed art prints, and prints on wood and aluminum. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, including all packaging. If you wish to start a return, please contact us at info@brendensanborn.com before sending anything back, so we can provide the correct return address. All items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns must be shipped to Miami, USA, and tracking information must be provided once shipped. Returns valued at over $400 USD retail will incur a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund (not applicable to UK and EU orders).

If the return is shipped to an incorrect address, a 20% restocking fee will be applied before any refund is issued.

Frames are now available for purchase with select art prints. However, we cannot accept returns due to customer error in selecting frame sizes.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement. Unfortunately, damaged, defective, or incorrect items are not eligible for a refund, only replacement.

To notify us of a damaged item, please email info@brendensanborn.com within 72 hours of delivery, including photos of the damaged item to speed up the process.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for original paintings, sale items, or gift cards.


Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your current item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.


Cancellations

We accept cancellations within six hours of placing your order.
