Returns & Cancellations
I would like to extend a huge heartfelt thank you for choosing my art. :) If you are dissatisfied with your purchase once it arrives for any reason at all, please give me the opportunity to make things right by reaching out to me via email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
A little note: All my prints come with a 1/2 inch white border around the image. Making the actual image size smaller than the print outside dimensions. This white border allows for you to give the feeling of a “mat” without having it professionally framed. You just need to buy a frame the exact same size as the print. If you bought a 16x20” print, you only need a 16x20” frame for immediate hanging. See attached photo for reference. If you have any questions, please contact me.

We accept returns for unframed art prints only.
For your item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in all of the original packaging. If you’d like to initiate a return, please contact us PRIOR to mailing anything back so we can provide the correct return address. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and all items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. All returns will need to be shipped to Miami, USA. Tracking must be provided as soon as the return is shipped or else the return will be rejected and no refund issued. Returns valued over $400 USD retail will be charged a 20% restocking fee and deducted from the refund prior to being issued (not applicable to UK and EU orders).
If the return package is not shipped to the address provided in the return instructions, a 20% restocking fee will be charged prior to refund.
FRAMES ARE NOT SOLD for any of the prints. All the frames in the product listings are examples only. Returns will not be accepted because of customer error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
We DO NOT accept returns for original paintings.
All damaged, defective and incorrect items are eligible for full replacement only. They are not eligible for refund. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us by emailing email@example.com within 72 hours of delivery.
Please also send clear photos of the damaged items, as well as, the shipping container. This helps speed up the replacement process.
We accept cancellations up to six hours after the order was initially placed.
