Orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival. Depending on size, prints are shipped rolled in rigid, recyclable packaging designed to protect the artwork during transit.
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, it will be replaced at no cost. Simply contact the studio with a photo of the issue and a replacement will be arranged promptly.
Art prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in original condition.
